    HEALTHY EATING IN SPRING

           1.早春阴寒渐退,阳气开发,适当吃些葱,姜,蒜,韭菜,芥末,不仅能怯散阴寒,助春阳开发,还具有杀菌防病的功效.
      2.虾仁30克,韭菜半斤,鸡蛋一个,入锅炒熟混以麻油调味,男性春季食用既可以排便排毒,又可以温补肾阳,固肾气.
      3.春天每天用1-2匙的蜂蜜以牛奶冲服,能补中益气,清肺解毒增强身体免疫力,补充人体热量,促进新陈代谢,预防感冒.
      4.补肾养血,桃仁2钱,红花1钱,鳝鱼丝半斤,桃仁红花加水煎汁去渣,鳝鱼丝油略爆炒后加鲜汤同煮,加生姜,酒,葱,味精少许煮成汤即可.
